At East Pool Mine, the National trust are looking for some new volunteers for this season starting from Easter!
Volunteer event guides are required for Trevithick Tuesdays in one of our historic engine houses – East Pool Mine.
No special knowledge is required to be a Trevithick Tuesday Event Guide at East Pool Mine as they can help with any training and information needed.
You are required to help out on special event days called Trevithick Tuesdays! This is a family and child orientated event, with activities designed to show a bit about the engineering of the site and a little science as well – all fun stuff!
There are many benefits – it is really a great place to volunteer and you will have an enjoyable time, there are social aspects and staff trips out as well!
All the staff and volunteers are a very pleasant bunch to work with and some are members of the Trevithick Society also.
