Being Brunel is a new museum beside Bristol’s Floating Harbour.

Visitors are invited to step into the mind of Isambard Kingdom Brunel as he is brought vividly to life with never-before-seen personal possessions, documents and artefacts.

Brunel’s inventive genius is celebrated at Being Brunel, and the personality behind the icon explored. The new museum will not only preserve his legacy but also encourage the innovators of the future.

The museum even includes a replica of Brunel’s Drawing Office.

The new museum will be a place to immerse yourself in the iconic engineer’s life and times, learn about his mistakes and celebrate his successes; compare your own skills to his, and relate his achievements to the modern world.
